How To Send In Headsets For Repair
- Count the number of headsets to be sent to Headsetters™ and enclose a list with your package that includes the following:
- Number of Complete Units
- Number of Top Units
- Number of Base units
- Name, address and telephone number
- If you need new ear cushions, voice tubes, windscreens, etc. please include this information on your list. There is an additional cost for all consumables. Contact your account manager for pricing.

Headsetters™ has a 90-day warranty on all repairs.
Headsetters™ will return your repaired headsets to you via UPS Standard Ground unless otherwise instructed.
